  Frequently Asked Questions

What data do I need to submit in order to join for free?
We require 2 pieces of information from you. Both of these are used along with the submissions of other members to provide the information on the site: 1) During sign up, you will identify your current banks. We will ask you a few questions about your experience with these banks. 2) You will need to submit a copy of your current pricing/analysis statement.

Should I black out the account numbers and balance information on my analysis statements/bank statement prior to sending to you?
Yes. We do not collect your account number or balance information. We only ask that you leave the pricing information for each service and line item along with your earnings credit rate (where applicable) before sending to us. This is the information we will use to provide average prices.

Are my submissions confidential?
Yes. All member information is strictly confidential and used to provide current and future services to our members. We never share information specifically about you or your company.

What data can I view with the Ratings Membership?
Once you complete registration, you will have access to two main sections: 1) The top 5 Treasury Management Banks as rated by other members and 2) All Bank Ratings that we have.

What data can I view with the Standard Membership?
The Standard Membership is available to all customers who participate in our surveys. You will receive the Ratings Level data plus the Average pricing for all services we have received, along with the number of members that contributed to each average.

What can I view with the Advanced Membership?
The Advanced Membership provides the same information as the Standard Membership but is only available to customers who do not or cannot participate in the surveys. This membership costs $389 for one year.

How long do memberships last?
All memberships last for 1 year. At that time, free memberships can be renewed for no charge once you update the survey information.

How do you determine Bank Ratings?
During sign up, you will be asked a series of question. This information, along with the contributions of other members, will be used to determine how each bank is rated in each category. Categories could include Customer Service, Product Quality, Account Officer Rating, and more. A minimum of 10 ratings on any bank is required before that banks rating will be shown.

How are your Averages displayed?
To help you compare the data to a company your size, you can view the average paid based on annual sales revenues. You can also view the data as an overall average. In time, we hope to provide averages by geographical area.

What bank services will I be able to view?
We only provide averages of the services we have received. That means that the more members we have, the more service pricing averages you can view.
